This book is the basis of most UI programs and is a great resource for any therapist interested in developing a UI program in any setting with any population. This book lays the foundation required for an effective UI program.

The author understands how frustrating it can be to be told to do Kegels and not get results, and offers a solution. The book is easy to use and lays things out in a clear format.

Interesting Book, 2005-02-12
Everyone has heard of Kegels but that was only where physical retraining for urinary incontinence began ... things have progressed since the 1960s. And these exercises have all the same powerful effects on pelvic muscles and sex that the original Kegels did.
